Since I do everything alone, please allow a turn around time up to 7 business days for the preparations of the packaging. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated, thank you!
When send, the delivery deadlines are as follows:
Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of Canada: 1 to 9 business days
International: up to 20 business days
Shipping anywhere in Quebec is free with any purchase of $ 65 or more before taxes and delivery.
All packages are sent by Purolator service and come with a tracking number.
For the signature option:
- Option WITHOUT signature: if you live in a house, a place deemed secure, a dwelling without an apartment number or if you cannot be present when it is received. For this option, please note that I will not be responsible for any loss or theft of your package and IN NO CASE will I grant a refund for your purchase and / or delivery.
- Option WITH signature: if you live in an apartment building or a place considered insecure. For this option, if you are not at your home during the delivery attempt, the delivery person will leave you a notice and you will have to pick up your package at the assigned counter within 5 days. If you do not meet this deadline, the package will be returned to me and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return costs as well as for the new shipping costs. Same thing if you are planning a second delivery.
La Main bleue is not responsible for delivery times caused by the shipping company or temperature.
For international shipments, you may be asked to pay customs fees when the package arrives.
EXCHANGE POLICIES AND RETURNS

If one of your items is damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange is possible within 14 days of receipt of your package. Simply return the item intact and unused and I will give you an applicable credit on your next purchase or I will exchange for another item of your choice of fair value. Return and return shipping charges are your responsibility. Refunds are unfortunately not accepted. No exchange or promotional discount will be granted for customized or customized orders
Payments are done using Paypal or Square applications. You will have the choice to use your credit card or bank account. I also accept Interac e-mail transfers for final invoices of $ 10 or more. Simply select the manual payment method when finalizing your purchase and follow the instructions. You have 24 hours to send me your transfer, otherwise your order will be canceled and the article put back in store.
DELAY AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
For your information, I cannot accept a delay beyond 30 minutes as this may encroach on the following appointments or my personal schedule. Also, for any cancellation please notify me 24 hours in advance to allow other people to enjoy this moment of relaxation.
Please note that the crystals are used to assist in your development and are not used to cure or treat any condition or designed to replace a treatment plan set by your doctor.
OUT OF STOCK?
When you see that an item is out of stock on my site, check in its file if it says "Unique model, only one available", as this will mean that this item will never come back in stock!

If the record of an item out of stock indicates "This is not a single model, several available" it is possible that it may come back in stock eventually. You can contact me to verify it and obtain the waiting time.
